Preaching in the Ability to See series on the Nkwagye Kwan radio program, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim has said that one clear sign many people do not know God is the way some who claim to worship Him speak about the Lord Jesus. He explained that people are spiritually blind and that demons, who hate humans, push them toward things that bring God’s curse.
According to him, there are two things no one should ever go against: God and His word. He cautioned that the Bible should not be treated lightly because it is God’s word, and that it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the Almighty. Those who speak against God, he warned, bring a generational curse on themselves.
Dr Kuuku Dadzie expressed amazement at how many people speak against things they know nothing about. He said a wise and knowledgeable person would seek firsthand understanding before commenting, rather than speaking negatively out of ignorance.
He continued by noting that demons delight in using such uninformed people to run their mouths against sacred things and invite curses upon themselves. In his view, no wise person would do this.
He further stated that speaking against the Creator who gave you the breath of life is abominable and can bring a curse upon one’s entire bloodline, including a spouse, children and generations after. He linked this reckless speech to incurable diseases, madness and mysterious deaths in some families, and said it shows that such people do not know who God is.
Dr Kuuku Dadzie concluded that anyone who truly knows God will never speak disrespectfully of the Lord Jesus Christ. Whether a person claims to worship God or not, he said, denigrating Jesus shows they do not know Him, because to know God is to know who Jesus is.
