Preaching in the Ability to See series on the Nkwagye Kwan radio program, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim has stated that spiritual truth and divine blessings are found only in the Bible. He pointed to Abraham, who worshipped God in truth and was promised descendants as numerous as the stars of heaven, with all the nations of the earth being blessed through his seed.
He said Abraham’s story should motivate people to worship the Lord God of the Bible adding that it is suicidal to reject a book in which God blesses those who worship Him, and he maintained that people who reject it do not know what is good for them.
Dr Kuuku Dadzie also cautioned against rejecting good advice simply because it comes from a white man. He added that such a mindset amounts to a primitive rejection of anything modern, and that anyone who holds it should not have gone to school, since schooling was also brought by a white man.
He further lamented that God wanted to bless black people who would worship Him, but the African forefathers refused due to demonic inducement and a primitive mentality. If the argument of refusing outside teaching held, he said, black people would have remained illiterate and uncivilised.
According to Dr Kuuku Dadzie, Europeans embraced the gospel and worshipped God, and so joined Israel in tasting His blessings. He said this explains why they have led in inventions and technology, as God gave them wisdom to produce things that benefit humanity.
He concluded that there is nothing wrong with heeding advice from a white person, since God sent the white man to black people to share the blessing. He stressed that worshipping the Lord God has nothing to do with black identity but rather simply a choice for one’s own salvation and against worshipping evil spirits.
