Preaching in the Ability to See series on the Nkwagye Kwan radio program, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim said the Bible provides the true account of how the universe came into existence, pointing to Genesis, where Moses recorded that God created the heavens and the earth and brought light into existence by His command.
He contrasted the biblical account with the Big Bang theory associated with Georges Lemaître, questioning why people would accept a human scientific explanation while rejecting what he believes God directly revealed to Moses about creation.
Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim argued that while scientific theories attempt to explain the universe through human observation and reasoning, the Bible presents God as the source of creation and the wisdom behind the order and functioning of the universe.
He further maintained that God’s authority extends over human life and death, arguing that science cannot ultimately prevent death because human life is under God’s control. He said the Bible remains the reliable source for understanding death and what follows it.
Citing Hebrews 9:27, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim said every person is appointed to die once and face judgment, rejecting beliefs that people return to life as animals, trees or other human beings. He warned that those who die in sin face eternal judgment rather than another earthly existence.
He concluded by urging people to take their God-given lives seriously and trust what Scripture teaches because rejecting biblical truth in favour of what he described as human or demonic teachings could have eternal consequences.
