Preaching in the Ability to See series on the Nkwagye Kwan radio program, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim has said that every person, believer or not, lives under the provision of the Lord God of the Bible. According to him, life begins and ends by God’s word, and the blessings enjoyed by the nations of the earth flow from Abraham, who worshipped that same God and therefore, rejecting the Bible is a sign of ignorance and a lack of wisdom.
He stressed that believing the Bible and living by God’s principles has nothing to do with the black man’s identity. He explained that those who fear otherwise, are often people who want to hold on to ancestral customs and traditional practices.
Dr Kuuku Dadzie clarified that giving up practices that honour the dead does not alter one’s identity and that what changes, is one’s allegiance, which shifts from evil spirits to the Creator.
He urged people to ask themselves whether it is better to follow the instructions of human ancestors or the word of the God who gave them the breath of life. He also added that worshipping the Lord will opens one’s eyes to understand life and receive blessings and further advised people to be wise not to repeat the mistakes of their ancestors indicating that the ancestors who rejected the gospel of Jesus Christ died and are burning in hellfire.
He also called it hypocritical to accept everything white people brought while rejecting only the Bible. In his view, the Bible is the foundation of the blessings white people enjoy, so it makes no sense to embrace the benefits and reject their source.
Dr Kuuku Dadzie concluded with an appeal to every black person to choose the God of the Bible who blessed Abraham and his descendants across the world pointing out that those who do so will see their lives change to live forever with the Lord in heaven.
