Preaching in the Ability to See series on the Nkwagye Kwan radio program, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim has cautioned that many practices accepted by both worldly people and churchgoers are, according to his message, contrary to God’s will. He said believers should not adopt lifestyles simply because they have become fashionable or widely accepted.

The preacher cited men wearing earrings, women wearing anklets, and tattooing as examples of trends he believes Christians have copied from the world. He argued that many believers follow these practices without understanding what he described as their biblical and spiritual significance.

Referring to Leviticus 19:28, Dr Kuuku Dadzie said tattooing goes against God’s word and urged those who have tattoos to repent and seek spiritual deliverance.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim said the growing acceptance of such practices reflects what he described as the same pattern seen in Noah’s generation, where people followed the crowd instead of seeking God’s approval. He warned that the desire to do what “everybody is doing” is a deceptive influence that leads people away from God’s standards.

The preacher further argued that believers who shape their lives according to public opinion rather than God’s principles become spiritually vulnerable. He encouraged Christians to remember that it is God who will judge every person’s life, not society.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim concluded by pointing to Noah and his family as examples of people who refused to follow the majority despite living in a corrupt generation. He urged believers to remain faithful to God’s principles instead of conforming to popular trends that, in his view, lead people away from God.
