In the Ability to See series, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim has urged political leaders to recognize the importance of God in national life, noting that many respected leaders of the past openly acknowledged their dependence on God.

He referenced historical national mottos such as “In God We Trust” as evidence of that conviction.

He cautioned that contemporary politicians who want to throw God away from their constitution are fundamentally misguided, warning that demons have taken over their minds, preventing them from understanding how important it is to have the Lord God Almighty in their lives and in their countries.

He also pointed to the rise and fall of powerful empires throughout history, citing the kingdom of Babylon where King Nebuchadnezzar thought he could use ferocious fire to intimidate people from worshiping God and how he was brought down in shame.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim warned contemporary politicians against using state power to oppose God, arguing that history shows such efforts ultimately end in failure.

He said leaders should learn from the experiences of past civilizations rather than repeat their mistakes.

The preacher further called on leaders to fear God and avoid actions that lead people away from faith. He stressed that every individual would ultimately be accountable before God and should therefore govern with spiritual responsibility.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim concluded by encouraging national leaders to worship God and guide their citizens to do the same. He said such leadership would leave a positive legacy, bring blessings to future generations, and promote adherence to God’s laws.
