Several people have reportedly sustained injuries after a Ghana Armed Forces truck was involved in a road accident with a State Transport Corporation (STC) bus at Nkenkesu.
A video circulating on social media and shared on X on July 26, 2026, shows the military truck extensively damaged following the collision.
According to reports, the military vehicle, bearing registration number 77 GA 87, was travelling to Bawku when the crash occurred.
The impact left the truck badly wrecked, with multiple passengers reportedly sustaining injuries. The extent of their injuries has not yet been confirmed.
The footage also shows diesel leaking heavily from the military truck after the collision, raising concerns about the risk of fire and further hazards at the accident scene.
Authorities have yet to officially comment on the cause of the crash or provide details on the condition of those injured.
