Preaching in The Ability to See series on the Nkwagye Kwan radio program, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim stated that when a person dies, the person’s story is ended, the spiritual book is closed, and no human being can alter the soul’s final destination.

He said people should not rely on beliefs about death that differ from what the Lord God has declared, adding that God’s judgment concerning the dead is already established in His word as he referenced Revelation 21:8 which states that those who die as sinners will enter the lake of fire.

He went on to add that no words or actions from the living can change God’s judgment because if human prayers, rituals, or words could move a sinner’s soul from hell to heaven, it would mean God’s judgment and holiness could be changed by human influence.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim also revealed that even the lovely servant of the Lord God cannot move the soul of a person from the hellfire to heaven because whatever ritual you perform on a dead body will not change anything.

The preacher further stated that ceremonies performed after death, including bringing dead bodies to churches, sprinkling water, applying incense, or praying over caskets, cannot change the spiritual destination of the deceased.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim concluded by calling the practice of bringing dead bodies into the house of God disrespectful and spiritual defilement, explaining that God is life and in His presence there is no death and therefore advised people to respect God’s house.
