Preaching in the Ability to See series on the Nkwagye Kwan radio program, Dr Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim has raised concerns about the growing ineffectiveness of the church, stating that many churchgoers still exhibit demonic characteristics despite regular attendance because they neither truly know God nor accept His truth.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie lamented that the church, which is meant to reflect God’s holiness, has instead become a social club where people go to entertain themselves and experience personal satisfaction rather than spiritual transformation. He attributed this shift to the influence of fake pastors who neither know God nor understand the true purpose of the church.

He explained that such pastors gather people for their own benefit rather than for God, focusing on generating money instead of building holy congregations. He noted that if today’s pastors were genuine and intentional about gathering holy people, then witches, wizards and unrepentant sinners would stay away from the church altogether.

Dr Kuuku Dadzie further stated that because the true purpose of the church is not explained to congregants, many churches are filled with people who continue to engage in practices that God abhors.

He stressed that today’s churches largely serve people’s personal interests rather than the interests of the Lord Jesus, who founded the church. He added that many pastors also establish their churches to enrich themselves, not to please the Lord Jesus.

Dr Dadzie Ephraim concluded that this absence of the fear of God has led many pastors and church members to live as though there will be no judgment, doing as they please without consequence.
