President John Dramani Mahama has assured Ghanaians that no community will be excluded from the government’s development plans under its national reset agenda.
Speaking during his Eid-ul-Adha address at the Independence Square on Wednesday, May 27, Mahama said the government remains committed to inclusive growth and national development.
“No community will be left behind in this national reset agenda,” he stated.
According to the president, the government’s focus is on creating jobs, supporting local businesses, expanding opportunities for young people and improving living conditions across the country.
Mahama said major policies such as the 24-Hour Economy initiative, skills development programmes, apprenticeship schemes and the industrial transformation agenda are expected to create sustainable jobs for the youth.
“There are signs of recovery, and Ghana has renewed hope. Our focus now remains on creating jobs, supporting local enterprises, expanding opportunities for young people and improving living conditions for ordinary Ghanaians,” he said.
He added that the initiatives form part of the government’s broader efforts to reset the economy and ensure that development benefits all communities nationwide.
