On the Ability to See series, Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim stated that genuine servants of God do not turn the church into a business center or sell items to people in the name of direction or “akwankyerɛ.”
According to him, the true mission of the church is to prepare people for eternity with God and to deliver them from evil spirits through the power of God expressed through prayer and the authority of the Word.
Dr. Ephraim warned that relying on “akwankyerɛ” is a form of spiritual pacification that places people under the influence of evil spirits.
He cautioned that those who seek solutions through such rituals may unknowingly open themselves to demonic influence.
He urged believers to pursue holiness, remain under genuine servants of God, and follow the teachings and example of Jesus Christ, emphasizing that true worship is not about rituals but about living according to God’s principles.
