Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim explained that God wants His true children to separate from worldly and traditional families, for He only accepts those who choose to be fully His.
Anyone who mixes traditional practices with Christianity deceives themselves, because God will not accept divided loyalty. He warned that many preachers hide this truth for money, pleasing people instead of God.
Using a vivid analogy, he said, “If a wife leaves her husband to be intimate with another man, then returns, the husband will be furious.” In the same way, Christians who join traditional rituals and return to church provoke God’s jealousy. “God’s Church is His bride,” he said, “so don’t take His bride to demons and bring her back. Worship God alone and listen only to His genuine servants.”
