Madina, Accra – Chief of Staff Julius Debrah has emphasized the importance of regular exercise as a key component of good health, urging all Ghanaians to make their well-being a top priority.
Speaking during a community health walk held in Madina on the morning of the official launch of the Madina Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Debrah encouraged the public to adopt healthier lifestyles through consistent physical activity.
“We must not underestimate the value of exercise. It is essential for maintaining good health, and every Ghanaian should take it seriously,” he said.
The event, themed “Madina Walks 4 Business,” combined health awareness with community engagement and was spearheaded by the Member of Parliament for the Madina Constituency, Hon. Francis-Xavier Sosu.
In his remarks at the launch, Hon. Sosu described the newly established Madina Chamber of Commerce as a strategic hub for business collaboration, advocacy, and capacity building, aimed at driving sustainable economic growth within Madina and its surrounding communities.
“This initiative not only promotes wellness but also fosters unity and civic engagement among residents and entrepreneurs,” Hon. Sosu noted.
The event drew several high-profile attendees, including Etwienana Baffour Oteatuoso Kokoben II, National Chairman of the Friends of Julius Debrah, and Hon. Kofi Adams, Minister for Youth and Sports.
