Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, Presidential Aspirant for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has garnered overwhelming support from party delegates during his recent visits to Old Tafo, Bantama, and Suame Constituencies.

His campaign, which has gained significant momentum, is positioning him as a unifying candidate to lead the party into the 2028 elections.

Addressing delegates, Ing. Agyepong emphasized his loyalty to the NPP, saying: “The party gave birth to me, and I will make the party strong if you vote for me. I will not let the party be crumpled. I will not let you down if you vote for me.”

He positioned himself as a candidate of progress and expertise, highlighting the need for technical leadership in Ghana.

“Ghana has not had an engineer lead the country since independence. It is time to let an engineer lead,” he stated.

Ing. Agyepong also promised to promote a maintenance culture for roads and buildings, creating jobs and empowering Ghanaians, similar to practices in advanced countries like the United States.

The presidential aspirant’s message resonated strongly with the delegates, who expressed confidence in his vision.

He encouraged grassroots support, appealing: “Support me as your son, and if you send me, Ghanaians will have faith in me and vote for me.”

Adding weight to his campaign, Hon. Akwasi Osei Adjei, former Member of Parliament for Ejisu Juaben and former Foreign Affairs Minister, urged delegates to back Ing. Agyepong.

“Kwabena Agyepong is the bridge and will take the NPP back to its roots,” he said, assuring that the candidate has the experience and vision to heal the party and lead it to victory.

Delegates who received Ing. Agyepong’s message expressed enthusiasm and committed their support to his campaign, signaling a growing momentum for his bid to reclaim power for the NPP.
