On AP Radio 105.7, preacher Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim, in his ongoing series “Ability to See,” delivered a powerful message contrasting the nature of worldly families with that of the church — God’s true family.

According to Dr. Ephraim, many earthly extended families are marked by competition, pride, and division, whereas the church, as God’s family, is built on love, unity, and humility. He explained that demons are aware of the deep emotional need humans have for family and belonging, and they exploit this by isolating individuals from godly communities and pushing them toward loneliness, broken homes, and ungodly associations.

Dr. Ephraim specifically addressed the struggles many single mothers face, noting that in their desperation for love or support, some turn to fetish priests, charms, or questionable relationships, hoping to find solutions.

“If these women were part of God’s family and waited on the Lord, they wouldn’t fall into sin,” he said.

He condemned acts such as becoming “baby mamas” to married men or using spiritual means to break marriages, describing them as signs of desperation influenced by demonic deception.

Dr. Ephraim urged women — and all believers — to trust God’s timing, remain faithful, and seek to build godly families rooted in righteousness, not in lust, rivalry, or worldly standards.

“Only in God’s family can you find healing, purpose, and true belonging,” he concluded.
