The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has arrested Edwin Provencal, former Chief Executive Officer of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
Mr. Provencal was apprehended on Monday, November 10, while attempting to board a flight to Maputo, Mozambique, without obtaining the required clearance.
Authorities confirmed that Mr. Provencal had been placed on a stop list as part of ongoing investigations into activities linked to his tenure at BOST.
EOCO officials are currently questioning the former executive as investigations continue.
