On the latest edition of The Ability to See series on AP Radio 105.7, renowned preacher Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim issued a strong caution to pastors who officiate marriages outside the church or bless unions that do not align with Christian principles.
Dr. Ephraim condemned the growing trend of blessing marriages in hotels, family houses after libation, or other secular venues, calling it a serious violation of God’s will.
“Marriage is a divine institution established by God and must be honored in His presence. Conducting it in environments filled with alcohol, secular music, and non-Christian rituals is spiritually dangerous,” he warned.
He further criticized pastors who permit non-Christians to use church buildings for marriage ceremonies, saying such acts reduce the sanctity of the church and reflect worldliness and a love for money over holiness.
“Any pastor who joins such people is not serving God but serving their own interests,” Dr. Ephraim added.
He urged Christian leaders to uphold biblical standards, emphasizing that marriage must be consecrated in God’s house, free from worldly influences.
